Merry Christmas!

Workout is performed to the song the 12 days of christmas. Day 1, then day 2 + day 1, then day 3 + day 2 + day 1 and so on.

“12 Days of Christmas”
1 – 100 Meter Run
2 – Power Cleans (135/95lbs, masters 95/65lb, scaled 65/45lb)
3 – Ring Dips
4 – Ground to Overhead (135/95lb, masters 95/65lbs, scaled 65/45lbs)
5 – Burpees
6 – Toes to Bar
7 – Push-ups
8 – Box Jump Step Down
9 – Kettlebell Swings (32/24kg, masters 24/16kg, scaled 16/12kg)
10 – Pull-ups
11 – Front Squats (135/95 lb, masters 95/65lbs, scaled 65/45lbs)
12 – Shoulder to Overhead (135/95lbs, masters 95/65lbs, scaled 65/45lbs)
*DBs can be substituted for the barbell movements if further scaling is required.
*Sit-ups can be substituted for the TTB
