We are transitioning to the OPT training method. Please refer to the BLOG for the daily workout. It will not be posted here. What will be posted here are events that we plan on going to.

Being/She- the next step up.
Will- For those who want to commit to competing in functional fitness and are willing to do AM & PM workouts.
