WARM-UP:
800m jog
10 pvc dislocates
10 arm swings each direction
10 spidermans
10 jumping pull-ups

STRENGTH:
Four sets of:
Push Press x 3-5 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes

CONDITIONING:
Every minute, on the minute, for 16 minutes:
Even minutes – Burpees x 10 reps
Odd minutes – Strict Pull-ups x 5

COOL DOWN:
800m jog
lateral opener
anterior compartment smash
