Goblet Squat x 15 reps (Advanced OHS 115/75lbs)
Push-Ups x 15 reps (Advanced- ring dips)

BEING:
A. Press build to a max
B. 30 MU for time
+
1 set all out:
Row 250m
15 KBS 2/1.5pd
25 burpees
15 KBS 2/1.5pd
Row 250m

Notes:
– Take your time build to a true absolute max
– compare to April 23rd
– all out one effort record times
