Information on the crossfit endurance program:
CFE 12wk Running Program
This should be combined with crossfit wods. You should complete 3-5 crossfit wods per week.
After this introduction you will be able to follow the wods. Read the FAQ here You will be a single sport athlete or a 3S (triathlon) athlete. The endurance portion of the wod will be day and sport specific. You may also need a subscription to view some of the drills.

Eat moderate protein, non gluten carbs (white rice, vegetables), high fat (nuts, coconut, avacado, olives).
The first 30 days you should go strict (no grains, no sugar, no dairy, no legumes-beans/peanuts/soy)
