This week’s schedule:
Monday 7-10AM, 4:30-6:30pm
Friday 7-10AM, 4:30-6:30pm
Saturday 10-noon

Workouts are performed to the song the 12 days of christmas. Day 1, then day 2 + day 1, then day 3 + day 2 + day 1 and so on.

1 – 100 Meter Run
2 – Power Cleans (135/95lbs)
3 – Ring Dips
4 – Ground to Overhead (135/95 lb.)
5 – Burpees
6 – Toes to Bar
7 – Push-ups
8 – Box Jump Step Down
9 – Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
10 – Pull-ups
11 – Front Squats (135/95 lb.)
12 – Shoulder to Overhead (135/95 lb.)
*DBs can be substituted for the barbell movements (2, 4, 11, 12 dumbbell goal weight is 45/35lbs)
*Sit-ups can be substituted for the TTB

1 Run 100m
2 Snatches (155/105 lbs)
3 Thrusters (155/105 lbs)
4 Muscle-Ups
5 Burpees
6 Toes to Bar
7 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
8 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
9 Box Jumps (30″/24″)
10 Handstand Push-Ups
11 Ground to Overhead (155/105 lbs)
12 Man-Makers (55/35 lb DBs)
