Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
400 meter Run
10 Pull Ups

BEING:
A. build to tough single snatch in 10mins
B. take 77% of A complete 1 snatch every 30sec for 8sets

Notes:
A. – be aware as you build what weight starts to give you trouble
B. – focus on what you noticed from A during this work make adjustments as needed
