FITNESS 1
for time:
150 DU’s
50 burpees
Row 2K

Notes:
– keep breathing and moving throughout
– create plan for burpees and strategy for row pace before hand and try to hold it
– warm up well aerobically

FITNESS 2
A. HPS – 1 emom tough – 12 min
B. PC TnG – emom – 64% 1RM – 3 reps – 12 min
+
Row 60 sec max effort
rest walk 8 min b/t sets x 3

Notes:
– work up to working weight for HPS – hang just below knee cap
– work on breathing and turnover as well as recovery b/t sets for PC TnG
– DO NOT hold back on rows, record all distance metrics and recovery notes
