FITNESS 1
A. DB bench press @ 3011; 8-10 x 2; rest 90 sec
B. DB bench press @ 3011; 4-6 x 2; rest 2 min
C. Russian KBS unbroken x 21; rest 1 min x 3
D. FLR on rings – accumulate 6 min

Notes:
– elbows deep on bench, use Swiss Ball if needed
– feet flat, use hips for swings
– shoulders packed, tummy braced and tight for FLR
– record FLR total time and loads
