In teams of 2 complete the following for time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

*pull-ups/push-ups/squats can be broken up in the following ways-
10R of 10 Pull-ups, 20 Push-Ups, 30 Squats
20R of 5 Pull-Ups, 10 Push-Ups, 15 Squats
*partners should alternate rounds until the total rounds are reached.
