FITNESS
A. Pull-Up Clinic
Take 15 minutes to practice good, efficient pull-up mechanics, or learn progressions to attaining your first pull-up.
B. 7 rounds for time of:
7 Dumbbell Push Press
7 Burpees
7 Push-Ups
7 Pull-Ups

CROSSFIT TEAM
If you are on a strength program, do not complete A.
A. Take 20 minutes to build to a heavy Jerk
Split jerk is preferred…unless of course you want to squat jerk like this guy – he’s a pretty decent lifter.
B. On the minute, every minute, for 12 minutes:
6 Push Press (115/75 lbs)
8 Pull-Ups
10 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
