B. Five rounds for time of:
Row 250m
5 Power Cleans @ 70% of 1RM

CROSSFIT
A. Three sets, not for time, of:
Strict Handstand Push-Ups x 6-12 reps
Strict Toes to Bar x 6-12 reps
B. Strength Program
