A. 4 sets
Bench Press x 4-6
rest 30 sec
Side Planks 45-60 sec per side
rest 60 sec
B. 5 Sets for Max Reps (Ring Dips)
In 60 sec perform 10 Burpees and as many Ring Dips as possible
Rest 60 sec between sets
