We will have the 2012 Crossfit Games on at the gym and will be having Heather & Lauren’s Party at the gym after the evening classes. We will have classes at 8AM, noon, 4:30 & 5:30. Please bring a side dish or drinks if staying for the evening party.

*men’s loading: 45-54yo 135lbs, 55yo+ 115lbs
*women’s loading: 45-49yo 95lbs, 50-54yo 85lbs, 55-59yo 75lbs, 60yo+ 65lbs
50 Burpees

400m Run
21 KBS 24/16kg
12 Pull-Ups

A. 3 Position Snatch– 65%x2 sets, 70%x3 sets
B. Snatch Pull– 90%x7x2, 90%x5x3
C. Snatch Push Press– 70%x5x3, 75%x5x2
D. Back Squat– 60%x6, 65%x6, 70%x6, 75%x4x4
